4. Project Changes and Cancellations Any changes to project scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Cancellations made after work has commenced may be subject to fees covering labor and materials already expended.
5. Warranties and Disclaimers Builder Bro warrants that all work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. We do not guarantee outcomes beyond our control including but not limited to soil conditions, weather-related damage, or pre-existing structural issues. All warranties are limited to the scope of work performed by Builder Bro.
6. Limitation of Liability Builder Bro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
7. Intellectual Property All content on our website including text, images, logos, and graphics is the property of Builder Bro and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
